FAQ’s
Where does your water come from?
Unitywater approved fill points at various locations on the Sunshine Coast. We are also approved by the Sunshine Coast Council to cart food grade drinking water (as opposed to recycled water).
How much water do you deliver?
10,000 liters is our tank’s capacity. Our minimum load for filling up treatment plants and site tanks is 300 litres or 500 litres for water tank refills.
What areas do you deliver?
The whole of the Sunshine Coast! But during busy, dry periods we prioritise our local Kureelpa community and close by suburbs like those on the Blackall Range and those close to Nambour.
How big is your truck ?

How long are your hose lengths?
We carry up to 50m of hose length and can reach further if you have requested prior to delivery, this may occur an extra fee.
How long will a delivery last me?
Well that depends on a few factors like how many people in the house, size of the house, if you are watering a garden, etc. But as a general guide, if you are a family of four being conservative with your water usage you should get four weeks from 10,000 litres.
Can I cancel my delivery if it rains?
Yes, absolutely, as long as it’s the day before delivery.
